Who should not do Intermittent Fasting?
Besides the below conditions intermittent fasting is safe. There is nothing dangerous about not eating for a while if you’re healthy.
But Intermittent fasting is certainly not for everyone.
If you’re underweight or have a history of eating disorders, you should not fasting.
Women should be careful, because it could have influence to their period.
If pregnant or breastfeeding IF is a no go.
Some health problems:
Have diabetes.
Have problems with blood sugar regulation.
Have low blood pressure.
Take medications.
