Who should not do Intermittent Fasting?

Besides the below conditions intermittent fasting is safe. There is nothing dangerous about not eating for a while if you’re healthy.

But Intermittent fasting is certainly not for everyone.

  1. If you’re underweight or have a history of eating disorders, you should not fasting.

  2. Women should be careful, because it could have influence to their period.

  3. If pregnant or breastfeeding IF is a no go.

  4. Some health problems:

  5. Have diabetes.

  6. Have problems with blood sugar regulation.

  7. Have low blood pressure.

  8. Take medications.
